Lucy is a loving, generous woman dedicated to her immediate and extended family. Along with her husband Paul, they have been servants of the Lord for decades – they have attended literally hundreds of family weddings and funerals – always there to support, encourage, pray, listen, talk, give guidance and to show God’s grace-mercy-love-forgiveness to all. They have been strong trees in this forest – tall with broad bases weathering the storms of this life, taking on the winds and rains as they come with some branches being broken along the way to enhance growth but never tumbling to the ground. Lucy is an excellent seamstress and she likes to crochet too. Paul could be a chef! Paul worked for the steel mills in Cleveland until retirement and Lucy worked for the executive branch of the US Postal Service until retirement.
